Overview
No returns or refunds unless the product is defective or not as described (e.g. major scratches or defects not mentioned in the listing).
Sealed / Mint items: once opened, they are not eligible for return.
Buyers must provide a video of the full package opening (from unopened parcel to showing the product) to claim any defect or damage.
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with secondhand records (light marks, hairlines, sleeve wear, etc.) is not a valid reason for return.
By purchasing, the buyer accepts these terms.

You can contact us for a return within 7 days of receipt. Once 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, proof of defect must be provided, and your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Records are exempt from being returned for ‘change of mind’.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned record and it is inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if approved, will refund your original payment.
We aim to process any return and refund within 7 days. If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please get in contact with us. You can find contact information at the bottom of this page.
Payments on our website may be processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for goods that are not as described, faulty, or damaged.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.

Shipping returns
Return shipping costs would be covered by you. If it is found that a product was faulty or damaged, we will also refund any shipping costs to you.
